Please help Bailey help her brother family medical

If you're able to help in any capacity, please do so for this beautiful family! Tyler recently tore his bicep off the bone. He is a hardworking electrician, a father of four amazing kids and the sole bread winner for his family of 6. Due to his injury, he has to get surgery. If he does not get surgery, he will have only 30% capability of his right arm. After getting surgery, he will have a 3 month recovery period where he will not be able to work. We are asking for help with his family's household bills for the next 3 months, help with groceries for the next 3 months and any kind of help towards the bill for surgery.
