Please help the Javicks

Dear friends and family of David Javick,
As many of you know we have had some bad luck recently. As many of you DON'T  know, there's  so much more than what meets the eye. This past  month  has been both a huge physical and mental toll on us. First Dave started feeling "off", and we noticed a lump in his chest. He went through various tests, a mammogram, and biopsy. And then came the big word we were so afraid of. Cancer. Dave was diagnosed with stage 1 breast cancer. We thought that was the end of our troubles but my, how it was only the beginning. Soon after his diagnosis,  his symptoms worsened and chest started leaking. Memory problems, tiredness, as well as other issues came forward so back to the doctor we went. Through bloodwork we got told his thyroid hormones were off and prolactin (brain fluid) levels are high, and that they want to take a look at his heart too. They found nodules (tumors) on his thyroid and that two of his valves in his heart are thin and regurgitating. With still some unexplained symptoms, and prolactin levels high, the doctors wanted to look higher.....his brain. This Monday we received news that the MRI showed that Dave does indeed have two tumors in his brain. We have seen two surgeons since and both, highly recommended surgeons,  have told us that their sorry but they can't help us. We've been told that we need to go much further such as Philly or Hershey if we even want to attempt a surgery like this. Anyone who knows us knows that I would go to the ends of the earth for this man, but Wednesday at about 2:40 p.m. on 8th street, while stopped at the traffic light, a SUV plowed into our car. It's totalled. I have bumps and bruises but thankfully nobody besides myself was in the car. We now have no transportation , no surprise the person had no insurance, and to make this even worse this means I'll be needing to miss work with no transportation and all of the appointments. We're  always quick and more than willing to help others,  but this time we must admit, we need help our self. Please, a donation, a share, if anyone knows anyone selling a car cheap, please, any help is more than appreciated. This man is the most amazing husband and father. He is selfless and never asks for anything.please help Dave, myself, and our 4 children during this time. Thank you in advance from the bottom of our hearts.
