<div>My name is Raymond (Matt) Fleming. I am requesting help for my daughter and her family. Jason, Crystal, Will and Jazmine Hemric. On December 6, 2024 Jason and Crystal were returning home from grocery and Christmas shopping for their two children Will (15) and Jazmine (12). Jason and Crystal were alone in their car. At app. 9:15 in the evening as they were traveling from Milford, Delaware to their home, a car drifted across the center line and hit them head on. The reason for this has still not been released. After their car was cut apart Jason and Crystal were removed and each placed on separate helicopters for a trip to Christiana Hospital in Newark, Delaware. This took a while to accomplish. Crystal went into surgery for a fractured femur, hand, fingers, as well as other injuries. Her surgeries lasted for several days and has just been released to a rehabilitation facility. Jason had massive internal injuries, a concussion, brain bleed, fractured upper arm, elbow, ankle and his ribs were shattered. He has numerous surgeries, is undergoing another at this writing and will have more down the road. He is showing signs of improvement. He will be in the hospital for quite a while yet and have to have a long time in a rehabilitation facility. All possessions in the car, including groceries and Christmas presents were lost. We are asking for help for rent, utilities, food, making their home accessible. Jason was the sole bread winner and will not be able to work for a long, long time. Please help this family in any way that you can. Jason's employer and co-workers have already started to make a difference. Will you help, too? Thanks from the Hemric family and friends.
