Please Help The Fortney’s

Today Ronnie (7 years old) got the news that he has Luekemia.  A few days ago he was playing football for the Edgemere Falcons, visiting the Ravens training camp, and today is undergoing many tests and the beginning of what is going to be a very very long journey.  Both of Ronnie’s parents work and will have to take time some time off to get a game plan on what the next few years has in store. Jessica will have limited paid time off and Ron Sr will not receive Pay.   They have 2 other children, a home they purchased in November 2016, and just life expenses.  

We will find out tomorrow if he has ALL or ALM type leukemia. 

As I type this they are doing a spinal tap and giving him his first dose of chemo in his spine. 

Im asking if you can spare anything at all please consider helping. 

I will be managing these funds to make sure their mortgage is paid and all other items to maintain as much normalcy as possible for them and their children’s. 

I have known Jess, Ron and the kids for 10+ years. They are hard working and humble people who do not deserve this -BUT they are #ronniestrong.
