Susan's Fight-#TEAMNOCK ️

My sister-in-law Susan has been diagnosed with Stage IIIC breast cancer, We are all still a little in shock at how quickly this has happened. She has a fantastic Oncologist, thanks to some very good friends, who we feel very confident with, and he has assured us that we can treat this. At this point, the cancer is inoperable because of the advanced stage. Her treatment plan will be five months of chemo to try to shrink as much as possible. Next will be surgery for a mastectomy, and then an undetermined length of radiation treatment. As I'm sure most of you know, Sue is a single mom of two children, just working as hard as she can to keep a household together. She has a very limited health insurance plan, that will result in huge out-of-pocket expenses. There are going to be astronomical medical bills incurred throughout this long process. In just the last week or so, there have been multiple specialist visits, biopsy's, lab work, ultrasounds, an MRI and PET scan. Susan is a dedicated mom, friend and sister-in-law. She is beautiful inside and out, talented and full of life! She can use all the help we can afford to give.
