<div>Please help support our Shane! He is a wonderful husband and the proud father of two children: a 4-year-old son and a 5-year-old daughter. Shane loves life! He was always on the move, whether racing cars with SCCA, hitting the mountain bike trails with MMB and MVD, hiking, or spending quality time with his family. Tragically, a recent mountain biking accident left Shane with severe injuries, including a broken neck and fractured spine. He has had two complex spinal surgeries and is facing a long road to recovery. Presently he can move his arms but has no fine motor skills and is not yet able to move his legs.

<div>We are a family of four and rely solely on Shane's income. He will be hospitalized for several weeks if not months and will need much rehabilitation. Currently, we are struggling with the emotional impact of his injuries, compounded by the unforeseen financial burden of medical bills, rehabilitation and long recovery. We can't wait to hear him laugh again! We can't wait until he is home! We can't wait until all this is just a memory.
