<div>Hello everyone, my name is Betsy, and I’m creating this fundraiser for my husband, <strong>Jorge "DJ Joker" Elvira</strong>

<div>On <strong><em>August 1st</em></strong>, our world was turned upside down. Jorge was rushed to the hospital, and after several tests, doctors told us he needed an emergency <strong><em>quadruple bypass heart surgery</em></strong> to save his life. We also learned that his heart is only functioning at <strong><em>30%</em></strong>, making his recovery even more critical. The surgery was successful, but his healing journey will be long and challenging.

<div>Just 6 weeks before this happened, we had put all of our savings into our new home and moved in — never imagining we would be facing a medical crisis like this so soon.

<div>Jorge is the heart of our family —<strong> a loving</strong> <strong>husband</strong>, a wonderful father to our boys Nicco and Valentino, and a friend to so many. He has always been the first to lend a helping hand, never asking for anything in return. Now, it’s our turn to support him as he focuses on healing and regaining his strength.
