<div>She had a severe accident within her home that resulted in leg and arm injuries to the point where the leg is unable to be salvaged and will have to be amputated.

<div>She's currently in the hospital in the ICU, she has no medical insurance as she recently lost her job of many years and took a pay cut with her current employer.

<div>She will not be able to work for months and will need every bit of help she can get.
