Please help Sebastian with medical cost

Sebastian ( who is only a little over 2 months old) quit breathing  last week... He was life delighted to children's hospital.. He has brain damage.. Bruise on the brain .. and other injuries.. He's had several procedures done.. His mom doesn't have the medical card.. She works very hard to provide for her children... She has medical insurance, but as we all know.. That doesn't pay much.. This is to help her with Sebastian's  hospital bills... He will be in the hospital for a while.. He is also having seizures.. They are having trouble finding the right medication to control the seizures.. Any help would be appreciated... Thank you from the bottom of my heart ❤
