Please Help save Belle

Belle is a mother of 5 kittens, during her break away from the babies yesterday she acquired a life threatening injury . When she came back into the house we noticed right away her whole tail had been degloved . My children and i live on a small amount of money from month to month due to a disability that happened during a shift at work, therefore; I am not able to pay the fees every vet I’ve called is asking for . Belle isn’t just a cat to us , she is family .  So we are asking for help saving her , not just for us but for her and her babies as well.
