Please Help My Family

Our family business, Hoegger Supply, was founded in 1935 by Joe and Miriam Hoegger, my great grandparents.  Our company specializes in supplies for goats. Hoegger Supply was one of the corner stones of the goat world for decades. Due to a series of bad business decisions and illness in the family, our company is struggling to survive.
In 2010, my family was approached by two very well meaning business men. With their guidance and business knowledge, we were assured that Hoegger Supply could become the "Tractor Supply" of the goat world. Instead, by August of 2012, our business hit an iceburg and did not realize how bad the gash was.              After depleting all savings, retirement, and college funds, the business and my family were broke by October 2016. A business that was thriving in 2010 was basically shut down.
In 2014, my great uncle, Joe Hoegger, who was the founder's son, died of cancer. My great uncle Joe's sister who is also my grandmother,  affectionately known as "Anne the Goat Lady" now struggles with skin cancer.            Through the years, Anne has helped thousands of goat owners with her unsurpassed knowledge of goats. It would be a huge loss to  thousands of people across the USA to lose the products and support that our business provides.
Although the majority of orders were handled without problem in 2016, there were many unfulfilled orders and refunds that could not be made. In April of 2017, we sent out an email explaining to our customers the hardship the company had encountered. Since then, we have sent out thousands of orders with no problems and refunded as much as the business could shoulder. At this point we need approximately $70,000 to finish older orders. The business needs cash to buy product, fulfill old orders, and deliver refunds.
We have made extaordinary strides in reviving the business on a shoe string budget. Our customers have been so patient and kind. We are so grateful for the goat community that has been helping us along.
Another large setback for the company happened when we moved back to our old building in August of 2016. Comcast lost every single one of our phone numbers that had been in place for over 40 years. They have never been able to recover them for us and the loss was immeasurable.

My families business needs help.  We are close to losing it all. Please don't let an 82 year old family business die.

The basic business model has been repaired and infastructure is here to make this a very prosperous business again. Not a day goes by that customers find out we are still in business and are so excited.
The goat business is a unique world. And our company is in a niche market. We just want to get back to helping goat owners be successful. We are a family run business that specializes in customer service.

We asking for help. Please consider this opportunity to help a small American business survive. We have less than two weeks to reach our goal.
