<div><em>Please help! </em> My name is Sabrina. I’m an autistic woman who has no immediate family to help me. I lived with my father who passed away suddenly in Dec. 2016 &amp; my mother passed away in 2004. When my father died I had no where to go so I stayed in homeless shelters. I’ve been working full-time at Goodwill since 2018 and now rent a room in a boarding house.

<div>Recently, I have very bad pain in my back and nerve pain goes down both legs and some parts of both arms. The pain is very bad and no medicine would stop it. The doctors took x-rays &amp; MRI and said I have arthritis in my back. I just had surgery to fuse 2 disks together. But <strong>my short-term disability from Goodwill is going to end before I’m able to go back to work </strong>and desperately need financial help until I can heal.

<div>I did not know that 2025 would bring all this craziness to me. I have always been healthy. I do not know where this came from. I’m unable to work and could really use help with money for food &amp; rent.
