Unfortunately On The Morning Of Wednesday The 5th Of February Around 10.40am { Shortly After Us Opening For Business } A Fire Broke Out In Our Kitchen At My Lovely Work Place THE GOOD OLD DAYS In PDC
Thank God We Managed To Flee Without Anyone Getting Hurt But The Damage The Fire Has Done To The Whole Kitchen Is Completely Unbelievable, Not One Thing Salvageable, And The Smoke Damage Thats Covered The Whole Restaurant And All It’s Contents Is Just SO Upsetting To See And Is Now Taking A Very Long Time , Effort and Money To Clean , Fix , Paint Etc
The Owners And All The Staff Have And Continue To Work For Hours and Hours To Make Our Lovely Work Place Back To What It Once Was....Thats Our Hope
Unfortunately The Insurance Payout Will Not Cover Even Half Of What Needs Repairing Or Paying For Hence Why I’m Setting This Page Up In The Hope We Can Gratefully Raise Enough Money For Us To Open ASAP
THE GOOD OLD DAYS Is A Much Loved Unique 70’s Themed Restaurant On The Strip Of PDC That’s Been Opened Just Over 2.years Ago, It Was Made From Scratch With Lots Of Love , Care And Added 70’s Memorabilia From The Owners
Unfortunately We've Lost A lot Of The 70’s Unique Pieces That Have Been Brought Or Donated With Lots From Our Loyal Customers {Holiday Makers and Residents} Hopefully We Can Buy And Replace What We Have Lost ~ Thank You SO Much From The Bottom Of Our Hearts
