I am a military member stationed in Alabama. My wife and I have a four year old daughter named Angelica. In September of 2017, she told us she was being sexually abused by her biological father during her court mandated visitations. 

Alabama Department of Human Resources (DHR) conducted a forensic interview, and concluded there was enough credible evidence to officially say the abuse occurred. The military conducted an inquiry and concluded there was sufficient evidence to officially say the abuse occurred as well. FL unfortunately decided there is not enough physical evidence *yet* (i.e. no DNA) to convict him in a criminal trial.

In a horrific turn of events, the FL judge who claims jurisdiction over our case ruled against our AL attorney's request to transfer jurisdiction to our place of residence. The judge also chose not to recognize the evidence from AL, and ordered her to resume overnight visits once a month and 8 weeks in the summer. Our daughter Angelica has resumed visitations with him and continues telling her family, maternal grandparents included, of the abuse but we are forced to continually send her with her attacker. At this point our options are running out despite the $10,000 in legal fees we have spent thus far. She has been displaying signs of hyper-sexual activity since the age of two, when she was not yet able to verbalize what was happening to her.
