Our mother is the strongest woman we know. She has battled breast cancer, fought lung cancer more than once, and now she is courageously facing the devastating reality of both lung cancer and a brain tumor. Through every hardship, she has remained the glue that holds our family together — the one who gives without hesitation, comforts without complaint, and loves unconditionally.

Right now, she should only be focusing on her health, but instead, she is burdened by the overwhelming stress of medical costs, transportation to and from treatments with a vehicle that's not fit to travel long distances, daily medications, and everyday bills.

Living on a small pension with no savings, every trip to the hospital and every prescription is a financial strain that she simply cannot afford.

We want her to be comfortable and have some dignity in this fight for survival. She has given us everything, and now it’s our turn to try to give her something back and as her children and grandchildren, we are not ready to face this world without her —We want her to know she doesn’t have to face it alone.

This fundraiser was not an easy choice to make and we are not people who ask lightly. If we could cover these expenses ourselves, we would do it in a heartbeat. But right now, we kindly ask for your support as we cannot do it alone.
