Let's help our girl Prue ❤

Hello friends, For the past 6 months, Prue has been suffering from Ross river virus. She has been so sick that she has been bed ridden for most of that time. A month ago Prue ended up in hospital with extreme pain and unexplained weight loss. After weeks in hospital, several tests, specialist appointments and biopsies of the lymph nodes and kidneys, she finally has some answers. Results have shown that she has lupus which is an autoimmune disease that causes the immune system to attack its own tissue and vital organs. She is now prescribed a high dose steroid and immune suppressant to help with the symptoms and stop it attacking her kidneys. She also has a low grade, non aggressive lymphoma which with close monitoring, will not need immediate chemotherapy at this stage. Once the lupus is under control, we are hopeful that the lymphoma will correct itself with the support of a strict alkaline diet and natural remedies. Obviously Prue has not been able to work and is currently under a lot of financial pressure. She will need to pack up her home in Byron Bay and move back to W.A. to be closer with her family. Her medical treatments including her natural remedies are a huge cost on top of life's expenses. Prue is the most beautiful person I know and I'm sure she has touched all of you in one way or another. At the moment she is physically and emotionally drained and explaining her situation is exhausting so we thought this would keep everyone informed and a way to help, for all those who have asked.
