Please help our dear friend Mike

Our Ho’Brah family has always been a tight knit group. Michael is not just our friend but our brother. Recently mike has been dealt a very difficult hand, especially for someone who is only 19. On October 9th Michael’s mother passed away due to a degenerative disease called Alpha 1 antitrypsin. Mike lived with his mom here in Bay Ridge, just the two of them. Since her passing mike has been staying with cousins out in Staten Island (he isn’t comfortable staying in Bay Ridge alone). He is forced now to pay the rent, pack up belongings and most importantly take care of his own emotional trials during this difficult time. Michael is an extremely loving, kind, caring guy and this has been the hardest thing for him. We are asking for any help we can receive to make this transition a little easier for him. Prayers and advice are always welcome as well. We love you so much Mikey!!
