Odalis is a white pigeon and has already had a rough start. Purchased for a gender reveal party, dipped in paint, and then cast aside as a barely fledged bird to find his way once he was no longer needed, he eventually wound up huddled in a garage, scared and cold. I contacted the person who found him, and he came to me first as a foster, then as a member of my family. I have loved him ever since. Recently he managed to cut his foot quite badly, and I took him to the vet for care. He seemed to be doing just fine but then suddenly things took a bad turn and his foot began to turn black. The vet estimates the cost at $750 for treatment, and I just want to help him. He has already had such a rough start.
