Please Help My Grandpa

I originally created this 9 months ago, but decided to not spread the word as I still thought I had control and I did, for a while.
I've held off on asking for help for a long long time.
I'm embarrassed to be doing this because I have a lot of self-pride.
However, things have reached a point to where I can no longer manage it on my own.
My grandpa is my rock. He has given me great strength for 33 years now. I was raised by my grandpa and grandma. Grandma passed away several years ago and since then things have been particularly hard for him. He has had to take out loans and credit cards to try to make ends meet the best he can. Unfortunately, all the money he has coming in is a little social security check. He lost his life savings years ago during the financial crisis of 2008.
I do my best to help feed and provide for him in the ways I can. Unfortunately, I can only do so much myself and am unable to care for him the way he should and deserves to be cared for. He has no one but me. I have had to move in with grandpa to try to help with the things I can such as cleaning and meal planning. However, bills are piling up for both of us. This fundraiser benefits only my grandpa because I at least have a source of income and he has nothing but a small social security check that is pretty much gone the day it arrives in his bank account. He is my main priority and every dollar is going towards helping pay for the things he needs.
He is showing signs of early Alzheimer's so things are particularly straining right now.
He's falling a lot. He's forgetful. He can't remember or recall things.
Yet, I refuse to put him in a home somewhere. I want to keep him with me as long as I possibly can and believe me, it's not easy. I feel like I am losing my mind many days myself.
Grandpa's Needs:
* My grandpa is in dire need of a vehicle. His check engine light has come on recently and is having trouble starting his van. He has had it for over 20 years. I personally don't have a vehicle myself because I have epilepsy and my doctor's won't let me drive. We cannot be without a reliable source of transportation.
* Our refrigerator is going out. It needs to be repaired and most likely will need replacement.
* Our dryer is tearing up. I need to replace it.
* Grandpa owes thousands and thousands of dollars to credit cards and loan companies. I'd like to help alleviate some of that burden for him personally.
* Grandpa is having trouble affording his every day expenses including food, medicine and monthly bills. I have given to where I, myself, am in a financial rehab. I simply cannot do it all on my own.
Honestly, there is no "goal" in mind.
Grandpa and myself will be humbled by the smallest amount.
My grandpa means so much to me because without him, I would not still be here today. Grandpa and I appreciate your support of any kind. A simple $1.00 is a step towards getting the care and help he needs.
