Please help my service dog Tanner

My name is Hawk and I have sensory processing disorder (on an autistic spectrum). My dog Tanner is  my best friend and never leaves my side. He has become very ill and needs abdominal surgery ASAP. He is currently getting treatment at Medvet in Carmel. My mom takes care of me and her full time job is making sure I get to all of my appts with my 7 medical specialists...we are on a very limited budget and without your help we will have to say goodbye to Tanner. My mom is very worried as I typed to her that I cannot live without Tanner. The Medvet staff is working diligently to try and help us and they need your help too.
