<div>My mom has been diagnosed with small cell lung cancer.  <strong>Unfortunately, treatment is not covered 100% by insurance.</strong> I don’t even know how to put into words the pain, the fear, and the heartbreak that comes with this news. It’s the kind of fear that shakes you to your core! The kind that makes you realize just how fragile life really is. <strong>My mom isn’t just my mom! She’s my best friend, my safe place, my biggest supporter, the one person who makes everything feel okay, my everything!!</strong> To see her have to face this battle feels so unfair. I wish I could take this from her. I wish it were me instead. The thought of watching her go through this is unbearable!! Words can’t describe the emotions I feel, but one thing I know for certain is that my mom is one strong woman.  She is a fighter❗️ My mom has been through so much in life already, and she has always shown nothing but strength and love. We’re going to fight this together. We’re going to hold her up when she feels weak and remind her every single day that she’s not alone!! PLEASE, PLEASE keep her in your prayers, send love, and hold her in your hearts as she begins this fight! ️ This will be a tough journey, but she will not be walking it alone! I kindly ask for your prayers,  positive thoughts, and encouragement as she begins this fight.
