Please help my mom cover my dad’s medical bill

Hello my name is Guillermo, my parents were born in Peru and immigrated to Mexico back in 1991 and have been living there for two decades, my dad who dedicated his life to engineering doesn’t have medical insurance because after he retired (after a subdural hematoma) his preexisting conditions made the monthly payments extraordinarily high and he could not afford making these payments. A couple of days ago my father had an emergency surgery to extract an infected gall bladder, this surgery had many complications which resulted in massive blood loss and a general blood infection, he is currently in the ICU section still and my mom will have to cover a huge medical bill that she can’t pay.
