Please help my Great Dane come home

Yesterday July 9, 2017 my 2 year old  Weiner, a beautiful and bashful Great Dane got out of the house through a window that was broken while I was out for dinner. He wandered through the residence of 511 Paisano and the people living in this address are responsible for shooting him in the neck with a hunting arrow, and he is fighting for his life right now.   My Great Dane is a trained dog, as it is one thing I do for a living and I am passionate about. My dog Weiner is a gentle giant that truly lives up to the reputation of his breed. He has his good citizenship papers approved by the American Kennel Club, proving that he is more than safe to be around anyone or any dog, and my cat Franklin. The person who did this , did it with cruelty in their hearts and I want to see them punished for it because this person tried to kill another being that is loved and has love for others.  It broke my heart that I wasn't there to protect him because he's always on my side.  Even more heart breaking was waiting in the lobby of the emergency vet with my dog bleeding from the giant hole in his neck while i tried to figure out how to pay for it because they wouldn't even start unless they knew they were getting their money.  My brother who is serving as a  United States Marine was able to loan me the money and I can't thank him enough for it.  He always has my back and he knows that I love my dog so much that to me he isn't just a dog.  My brother has a family to support and bills to pay and I understand that because I have to support me and my animals, he has a whole family.  That's why I appreciate  you so much and have just so much respect and admiration for you.  You had my back on the bus, playground, or as broke college kid in Europe.  I just could not accept letting my best friend go.   I can't thank my brother enough for saving the life of someone that I love from the center of my core.  I just want to put less stress on my brother and pay him back  as soon as possible .  Please do whatever you can, I thank you for even hearing me out. One of my other goals is to see what kind of legal action that I can take to bring the people responsible  to justice as I never want this to happen to anyone's dog.
