Please help Robert get the treatment he needs

My father has CRPS and its completely destroyed his leg and foot. He suffers intense, constant pain every moment of every day. There is no cure for CRPS, and it will only get worse with time. However, Italy has an amazing treatment called "Neridronate and Rehabilitation Treatment" that is said to not only slow down the CRPS to almost a complete stop, but will also help heal what damage has been done. He's a hard working man trying to support his family and its just getting harder and harder. The painkillers don't work anymore, and he only gets 3-4 hours of sleep at night. Please help us get the help he needs.
