Please help my child recover

My name is Shahid Zaman Khan, former world number 14 squash player. I moved to the U.S in search of better opportunities and have been living here for over 10 years with my family. I m the sole earner of the family and my only income comes by providing lessons to squash players of all ages and levels.Settling in a new country has been extremely challenging for me but I work day and night to be able to support my family and provide a good future for my children.
It is extremely 9difficult for me making this appeal but I have little choice for now.
My 6 year old son Arslan was suddenly taken ill and had been losing weight drastically.He lost his appetite and was always thirsty. In 2 weeks time, he had lost a lot of weight. We took him to the hospital after he complained that his ears were getting very painful and had water coming out of them. It has been 3 days now and I m still here with him. He has been diagonised with Type 1 diabetes and needs insulin, that has to be injected through his skin. I don't understand how a child this little could have got such a severe condition. He has become so weak and thin and as a father, it makes me very helpless to see him this way. I m in the hospital with him 24/7 caring for him and waiting for him to recover before he is discharged. During this time,I have been unable to go to work /give any lessons to my students and this is affecting me heavily. I have no means of income to afford the hospital expenses or the extremely expensive medicines and insulins that is now a neccessity for my child. I m in a lot of stress as my work in non existant while I m in the hospital with my son.I also have 2 more children aged 4 and 8 to support.
I ask for your help as a last resort to be able to provide medical assistance and sustenence for my child and family.
