My husband's brother, Michael, has pancreatic cancer, and they are giving him only 6 months to live. He has no money coming in right now. They are trying to get him on Social Security Disability. Until then, he has nothing to live off of and no life insurance to cover his end-of-life arrangements. I don't know how long it will take to get his disability going, but I do know he has a caseworker helping him. They have already delivered his hospital bed and a few other things for now.
