Please help me through surgery!

I hate asking for help, but unfortunately, I'm in a position that makes it unavoidable. You see, I have to have major back surgery, a double level fusion and decompression, in two weeks. I also have a tumor growing on a thoracic vertabrae that will need to be either removed or treated and "tons" of nodules in my lungs that are currently being researched. I also have MS. The spinal fusion alone will force me to be out of work for three months. During this time, I won't have the financial resources to pay all of my living expenses. Without your help, I stand to lose everything. Could you find it in your heart to help me? Also, could you please share this with your friends for me?
