Please Help Me Save My Niece

In need of life saving funds for my niece who is unable to receive the proper treatment for her arm. This is an immediate need.
From birth, my niece has had this problem that has progressively gotten worse. She has multiple soft tissue masses on her hand and forearm. This disease has caused her elbow to rotate outward as well. It is unknown what other ailments she has in the rest of her body as they haven't tested to see if it has spread.
Her quality of life is very poor. She is constantly in pain to the point that she is unable to sleep. She is ostracized and bullied due to her condition.
In her country of Nigeria, the doctors want to amputate her arm completely, which has a 20% survival rate due to the lack of proper medical facilities.
THE PLAN:
My common law boyfriend and I wish to bring her to Canada so she can receive proper medical care. The cost for a flight is about $1500 and the legal services to bring her here is $6500.
