Please help me save my Bane

You guys, after this devastating storm Bane's health started deteriorating to what the vet called a simple bacterial infection :((
But that had an easy fix.
Now, he's done with his medication but he still hasn't eaten and it's been 14 days. I've tried tempting him with steak, pizza, chicken, just to see if he shows interest and nothing.
His issue now is an intestinal obstruction and that surgery costs BIG $$$ and because of work being slow, I'm unable to take care of my child.
Anyone who knows me knows I wouldn't be doing this if I wasn't absolutely desperate for help.
My baby is in danger of dying and it's super urgent that he gets his surgery so I'm reaching out to my fellow Houstonians or simply anyone who wants to do some good. Anything at all helps.
I would be eternally grateful for anything. Anything at this point would be a huge blessing toward getting my Bane back to his normal, playful self.
