Please help me save little Abby

My baby Abby had been sick for awhile and had a big tumor growing. After a vet visit. Turned out to be a mass cell tumor low grade cancer. The veterinarian was able to do surgery and remove the mass and said the cancer was only in the mass and was able to get all the cancer out. This was 2 weeks ago as of 9/26/20. 2 days after the surgery Abby was a new dog again. Happy , playful, full of life. 4 days ago out of nowhere while still recovering, she just refused to get up, wont eat or drink or move. No matter what i do. I try to.syringe water in her and she wont even move her tongue or mouth to drink. I took her to the vet again and they said the need to check her mouth(her teeth are really bad) and check for stress related pancreatitis..that she may be in pain and thats causing her not to eat and drink and be extremely lethargic. The also.want to run a blood test on her.and give her antibiotics etc..The bills have been so high with the surgery and i can not afford more. But she has gone 4 days no eating and no.drinking and not getting up. I have to carry her outside to pee. She almost died she was sick from the cancer but we were able to save her. She was brand new and so happy for more then a week after surgery. Then in an nstant she has gotten bad. Im so afraid of losing her because i cannot.afford the vet emergency care. Please help me save her. Her vet wants her in now to see what is causing this but i dont have the funds. Pleass help her. She has been my dog for 15 yrs. She is my kid. I wasnt able to have kids due to cancer in uterine. I was in an abusive marriage that i finally left and trying to rebuild life. I dont have much family at all. Just parents who are not financially able to help. Pleass help.
