Please help me Riley Ito with medical expenses

Hi, I don’t like to ask for help but I have to. I fell twice at home and have been in hospital in Maui and Oahu for a month now. I have to do physical therapy and may need surgery on my neck. I am still on Oahu. I am asking for help to cover some of my medical bills and travel costs. In order for me to come home My wife has to go through training in Oahu to take care of me when I am home. I will still need 24/7 assistance with simple daily tasks. I am also not able to work at the moment and I’m not sure when I’ll be able to go back. If you are able to help I will be forever grateful or a simple prayer/share will do. Thank you
