Please Help Me Pay For New Mattress

My name is Ira and in April of 2010 i had an  aortic dissection that left me paralyzed from the chest down. This has caused many obstacles in my life and i have always kept good spirits and try to overcome them. I have had my bed since 2014. Last week my pump went out to my mattress. This ensures that my sores don't get worse, and ensures that new ones don't occur. I can not get up or move around on my own. So, because this bed was purchased by a family member, insurance will not pay for the mattress and pump that i need. The mattress that they have sent out is not sufficient for my needs. I am unable to reach to the buttons on the pump at the end of my bed, that allow me to move my bed, which means i can't move at all if nobody is with me. This is causing me tremendous pain. I am alone for 16 hours out of the day. Also the new mattress does not fit my bedframe that i have to keep because it is electric, i have to be able to push buttons to move my bed.  The mattress and pump price that was quoted to me, is around $1400 + tax and shipping. I just don't have this kind of money. I am asking for anyone that can, please help. Even if it's not monetary, sharing my story could also help and it will only take 2 seconds of your time. I appreciate anything that i can get. I have always taken care of myself and always help my family and friends, so it's not easy for me to ask for help. I feel that i am backed into a corner and i am willing to set my pride aside if it means that i could find some relief at all.  Thank you for taking the time to read my story, i appreciate it so much.
