Please Help Me Pay For My New Lease On Life

Greetings. I have an urgent need for help paying for my new lease on life. Thank you for reading this and watching the attached video. About a year ago my health failed to the point of hospitalization, which led to eight months of Foley catheterization and removal of my prostate (and a couple of other surgical procedures), making life worth living again.

After all that Medicare could help me with, I need $12,000 to bring me back to financial equilibrium. Help in this way would grant me the ability to provide daycare for my granddaughter for this final year before formal education begins and to continue showing up to support my amazing musical community.
