As most of you know, I have had cockatiels for the past 23 years. I recently moved from Meadows Place to Brookdale Memorial City. I have been given 30 days to find a new home for Moonlight and Molly or pay $500 for each of them.

I cannot imagine giving them to someone else. Moonlight was rescued by me from poor living conditions 13 years ago. She is now 15 years old. She fears most men due to her first owners not caring one bit for her. She is very attracted to me and I am to her as well.

Now. I will tell you about Molly. She was one of many birds and had no name. She was properly cared for but never had 1-on-1 atttention. She was 14 when her previous owner decided to downsize. Molly loves attention and will go to anyone. Unfortunately, she can’t fly due to a droopy 5 days wing that was never attended to. She is now 19 years old and has brought so much joy.
