Please help me keep Louis!

Louis is a true companion animal. I was destroyed by a divorce (something my spouse promised me if he was unsuccessful at making me commit suicide.). I did not pay money online to get Louie's status; it is personal doctor verified. I rescued Louis at 6 months old from an owner who threw him against the wall on a daily basis. He is my everything. He will go lame without a TPLO surgery. At 76 pounds and only 6 years old the cheaper alternatives are just staving off lameness. Putting him down or surrending him are not options. For either of us. Please reach in your heart and consider helping a dog who has seen me through the worst time of my life. I used to be a very successful person. I have all proof if needed and I will commit to all post surgery therapy and care. I will also trade work if you have something I can do. I am so sorry to ask. Thank you.
