pls Help me help my father

My father got a tick bite a many years ago & the desease went to his brain, right now he is hardly able to function on his own but there is hope that if we can get him specific type of oxygen tank that well be able to reverse the damage to his brain but it’s costs are astronomical! I’m turning to u my fellow brothers! Pls help me give my father a new lease on life
