Please help me get the surgery Bella needs

My dog Bella needs surgery to repair a torn acl. I had trucompanion pet insurance. After paying over $500.00 in monthly premiums for about 5 months.  Trucompaion refused to pay any part of the surgery, Xrays, pain medication and diagnostics. So now my dog Bella limps around and does not walk much because it is to painful for her. I cross country ski and I used to take Bella with me because she loves to run along with me as I ski and play in the snow in general.  Unfortunately, now that can't happen this season do to her injured leg. Bella still has lots of life, energy, and love to give and she's not done yet (neither am I). The pain medication and my care has made things tolerable for Bella.  Part of my plan with the funds is to get her a wheelchair that she can use before and after the surgery, so she can still get around, keep the range of motion/physical therapy, and to help keep her morale up so she doesn't get depressed or lose will. I also want to modify/custom the wheelchair with small skis so she won't just be limited to one terrain and have to be left behind.  If you have any questions please do not hesitate to contact me.
