A man was shot and left for dead after an attempted car robbery. He was taken to the hospital and was left in critical conditions after receiving many shots. He has been in the hospital since then. Since being in a stable condition, the hospital has requested to take him home due to lack of insurance. He won't be able to walk and is being asked to go to physical therapy and keep up with doctors appointments. Since COVID-19, his place of work had layoff some workers and he was included. He was on unemployment up until the accident. Since he has to be in a wheelchair for a very long time, the home will need to go under some modifications and also transportation to and from doctors appointments and physical therapy. His father has taken the responsibility to take him to his home and care for him. Please, anything helps! I can't say much do to this being an opened and ongoing case.
