Help Marcia Habib

Many of you know or remember Marcia Habib from her days at The Animal Medical Center or the pet grooming shop she ran off the corner of 1st Avenue and 62nd Streets. She is a kind, caring woman whose love of animals runs deep.

Marcia has fallen on very difficult times. Last year she was hit by a car and sustained serious, life-changing injuries. Once a vibrant and hardworking business woman, she now has difficulty with memory loss and balance, making everyday tasks, which you and I can easily accomplish without assistance, impossible for her. She is unable to work and has obtained some public assistance. However, Marcia is struggling with expenses and may soon find herself homeless.  Her landlord is threatening eviction because she is having difficulty meeting her monthly rent.

Please consider helping me raise $5000 so that Marcia may remain in her apartment while she heals from the accident and can get back on her feet once again.
