<div>This plea was originally to help during my grandson Logyn's bone marrow transplant. That was all bad enough, but at the end of it, he suffered a brain bleed and stroke. He's been generally disabled since. He's no longer comatose and has made strides during his waking hours, but has so far to go.

<div>One or both parents have been with him since the bleed on Dec 20. Their work and finances are suffering and could use any help you can offer. Eventually, Logyn will come home, which will require special equipment, a bed, and an automobile, so any donation is appreciated.

<div>Hello, my name is Frank, and I'm trying to help my 11-year-old grandson Logyn as he faces a bone marrow transplant procedure. I'm "Pa" to him, by the way. He'll spend over five months at a hospital that is hours away from us during his ordeal. My wife ("Nana") and Logyn's parents (my daughter) will split weekdays and weekends with him during this time.

<div>This is going to produce terrible burdens for his parents. Insurance and other agencies will help, but they're facing an uphill battle. Poor Logyn just wants to get well and be a normal kid again.
