Please Help Larry Hadley

Sandy and Larry Hadley celebrated their 18th wedding anniversary on October 13, 2019. They met in an online chat room after Larry lost his wife, at the time, to cancer. Sandy helped Larry through that very difficult time in his life. They had so much in common and when they decided to get married, it just felt right. They shared 18 loving and wonderful years together, creating countless memories that would last a lifetime.

Sandy was diagnosed with COPD, Diabetes, and Congestive Heart Failure. She had been admitted to the hospital several times over the last couple of years due to poor oxygen levels. She also had an exploratory surgery to determine why her blood count was so low, in addition to losing blood. She received 2 blood transfusions along with being seen by her primary doctor numerous times for additional testing.

Christmas Day 2019, Sandy said she felt very tired and that she felt weak. Sandy and Larry went to bed early that night. Sandy woke her husband up once during the night when her oxygen hose fell off her COPD mask. Larry helped her to situate the hose back and put the mask back on her. Sandy was able to go back to sleep then.

Larry woke up around 5:30am, just as he does every morning. He checked on Sandy to make sure she was ok and gave her a kiss on her cheek, as he does every morning. Sandy seemed fine at this time. They had two of their older grandchildren staying with them. That morning, Larry had planned on going hunting, so once he had everything ready, he went back into their bedroom and she looked as if she was still asleep. He wanted to make sure she was ok before he left, so he attempted to wake her up. Sandy was unresponsive. Larry called 9-1-1 and the paramedics arrived at their home. They discovered that Sandy had passed away in her sleep.

Sandy Jane Hadley passed away December 26th, 2019 in the home she shared with her husband. Sandy was 62 years old. She was a loving wife, a proud mother, caring stepmother, and loved her grandbabies dearly. Her untimely death was such a shock to her husband, children, family, and friends. Her funeral was held at Cornwall Funeral Home in Dardanelle, Arkansas December 30th, 2019.

Larry is a proud man. He has worked incredibly hard nearly all his life for everything he and Sandy shared. So please know that this is not easy for him to do. Because of Sandy’s medical conditions, Larry was unable to obtain any kind of Life Insurance policy for her. He never dreamt that he would be calling on family and friends, and even strangers, to help him during a time like this. With Sandy’s medical bills, in addition to the funeral expenses, Larry is just unable to pay for it all. If you can find it in your heart to donate anything at all, just know how much it means to him and his family. You can never truly be prepared for something like this, and it can happen in the blink of an eye.

Thank you for taking the time to read this and God Bless you and your loved ones.
