Please Help Kinley's Family

Donation protected
Many who know this wonderful young lady know the story behind those beautiful eyes... Kinley had ALL cancer around the age of 12. Her family and friends rallied around her and she beat the odds. She was in remission in 2012. Kinley was able to go to school and really look forward to a bright future! She went to SOAR high school where she was attending a community college during her high school years. She was accepted to Oregon State University where she planned on attending in the fall of 2017. Sadly, just before graduation Kinley had a life-threatening realization that she was no longer going to be able to finish out the semester in high school. Kinley was going to be going back in to Children's Hospital of Los Angeles. She found a large bruise on her body when she came back from San Diego on a trip with her EMT class. As kinley and her mother made the voyage down to Los Angeles they had a serious conversation. What 17 year old has decided what to do if they don't make it?! Such a brave and fearless soul. Kinley continued fighting. With her family and friends by her side she went round after round of chemotherapy. As April of 2017 passed and graduation was swiftly approaching, the biggest goal was to just get to graduation day. Things took a turn for the worst and Kinley was intubated and sedated for comfort. As time was running out and many saying goodbye a remarkable thing happened. Kinley was honored by being the first graduate of the 2016-17 school year in the Antelope Valley. Sadly, on May 21, 2017 kinley took her last breath. With her wishes to not be resuscitated respected, she passed away with her loving mother by her side. Now as the first anniversary of Kinley's passing is quickly approaching... It is our wish to help her family raise the money for her funeral expenses so they no longer need to worry about this tragic event. Since Kinley has passed away her compassionate mother has been so thoughtful of others. Seeing her through the ups and downs of how life changing the death of her daughter has been first hand has prompted me and several others to show Beckie that her daughter was and still is remembered and loved. Please help us remove this financial burden from this deserving family. Thank you for your time and consideration and shares!
