<div>My nephew Jett was on his way home from school last Friday 23rd May 2025 in Lakelands, Mandurah on his child legal e-scooter when he was hit and dragged by a vehicle.

<div>Both front and back wheels of the car went over his right leg and his calf was dragged on the bitumen and severely damaged.
</div>
<div>As a result Jett’s leg was clean broken and he has lost most of the calf muscle.
</div>

</div>
<div>He has already endured 18+ hours of surgery with many more to go before even thinking about rehabilitation.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>So far the operations have reset the broken bones, and the process to move calf muscle from the good leg to the damaged leg has commenced. After this will be massive skin grafts, all while trying to prevent any infection.
</div>

</div>
<div>Jett is a sweet boy he is enduring what no child should be going through. It’s hard to even comprehend it as I write this.
</div>
<div>He is in daily pain and it’s extremely stressful for his parents and our wider families.
</div>

</div>
<div>On behalf of my brother Callan (the beneficiary), we ask for any help to assist Callan in paying for bills and travel up and down daily from Mandurah to Perth for what we think will be many months stay at the children’s hospital in Perth.
</div>
<div>Callan works for himself so currently without an income as he looks after his boy. Any donations would be greatly appreciated.
</div>
<div>I myself cannot even begin to imagine what they are going through and any financial assistance would be a great help to Callan during this awful time. We are all donating what we can as well of course.
