Please help Jayson battle his medical problems

Hello Everyone,
Those of you that know me well know that I've always strived to accommodate and support others. I do this without ever expecting anything in return.
I am now at a point in my life where I need to reach out and ask for some help. I was reluctant to do it this way, but with my mounting issues, I am hopeful that some of you can understand my needs and be a supporter of me.
I've recently been diagnosed with Stage 5 Kidney disease. This is the same condition that took my Mother's life (among other medical things). I now require a kidney transplant by the end of this year.
To make matters worse for my medical conditions, I just found out I need a triple bypass heart surgery on August 2nd to even get my kidney process started.
They expect me to be out of work 4-6 weeks after the heart surgery and then 8 - 12 weeks after my kidney surgery. And as you can imagine, all these Doctor visits and tests have really taken a massive toll on me.
We also have the issue of Kelly's school possibly going on strike in August. If that happens not only will she also be unpaid, but we possibly will have no medical coverage after August.
Yet another wrinkle in all of this is that my heart surgery could immediately cause my kidneys to fail. I would then require kidney dialysis. This means 4-6 hours of sessions every other day in a hospital setting until I get my kidney.
Lucky, it looks like my lovely and unbelievable wife is a match for a kidney donation. We still have some more testing, but the first round is a positive result. However, she will also be out of work 4-6 weeks after her donation surgery.
Between all these surgeries and the testing, they have done on both of us, our medical bills are mounting. We also have to plan for short-term disability for both of us. If you have ever looked into that, it pays very little while you are on it. In addition, I am looking at a possible permanent disability that pays even less.
So with all that, I'm reaching out to the community to ask for assistance. We are looking at tens of thousands of dollars in medical bills and lost wages over these next 6-12 months. We'll figure out a way to get by during this life trial, but if any of you could find it in your hearts to help us ease the burden a little, your donation would be greatly appreciated.
I understand the optic of asking for support during these challenging times for everyone. I didn't want it to come to this but blow after blow to my health over the last two years has just become insurmountable.
If you made it this far, thank you for reading my story. I will make it through this and come back with a great story. I hope you all can be there to support me in my journey.
With Love,
Jayson
