Jacob's heart surgery recovery

For those who don't know, My 11-year-old son Jacob has several very serious issues. He is in the beginning stages of heart failure. He was born with Severe Aortic Stenosis, Juvenile Rhumatory Arthritis, and Pineal Gland failure. The strain on His heart from the aortic Stenosis has brought on the heart failure and He will need several surgeries to live. His surgery is complicated by the JRA (Arthritis) as it will attempt to attack His heart and valve from the inside out. This would cause complete heart failure and there is very little they can do at that point. We need help with some medical expenses and more importantly the money to be able to stay at home with Jacob during the surgery and recovery period.
