IATSE 50 Year Gold Card Member George Tyriver, 70, has been struggling to recover from several surgeries needed to repair a shattered femur from a bad fall he took in his driveway. George's rehab has had unexpected complications, he's a stage 5 kidney patient and a diabetic. George's insurance, which covers "The Symphony Care" facility where he's recovering, will soon run out.
George worked for more than 20 years in Lyric Opera's Carpenter Department and he's an avid Cubs fan. We’re hopeful that our help will allow George the rehab he needs to once again walk. Please consider making a contribution to help George. Thank you.
