Hi everyone my name is Ryan I am Cassie's cousin . I heard about Tele and my heart dropped . I called my uncle and we took action on here .
Tele is a 5year old toy cavoodle who is very much loved. Hes the best friend to his ‘little brother’ Aiden who just turned 4. Tele is usually a cautious lil dog around cars but this day something went wrong.
It was a hot Australian day and Tele took shade under the front tire of a friend’s 4 wheel drive. Without realizing where Tele was, the friend nudged forward, which was enough to change Tele’s life forever. Initial investigation of the injuries suspected a broken pelvis, but unfortunately turned out to be more complex and intensive, as you may have seen on Cassie's Facebook. His pelvis was broken in 3 places, his hip socket shattered, fractured lower vertebrae and possible nerve damage from his bladder. They were lucky to save his left leg.
However, there was NO question to Cass and Nathan to get what needed to be done DONE! Tele is Family!!
Not only has this hit them very hard – but with a new expectant bub on the way (Due in July) and how we all know Vet bills can be quite expensive, Steve (Cass’s dad) and I are hoping to help their family out with whatever we can.
