- Hello, my name is Donald McAvoy, however, everyone calls me by my nickname Frue. I'm from Charlotte, NC but have been in the Jacksonville area close to 8 years now. If you know me...well then you know my energy, determination and excitement for helping people. I absolutely love the health field, and is definitely why I landed a career as a Professional Health Coach and General Manager for a local gym here in Jacksonville, FL.
- What you are about to read was not easy for me to type. In fact, it was one of the most difficult decisions I have had to make. I have always been the one to help those in need, however I'm asking for your HELP.
- I need to share my story. I pray that you listen, take something from it and share it with someone because it may just save their life.
- The night of the 24th my oxygen levels dropped under 60%. I was rushed by ambulance to Baptist Beaches where I would learn that I would be fighting for my life.
- Things have worsened for me, I was moved to ICU under 24/7 watch. I'm on a High-Flow Nasal Cannula as I'm considered a critical III High risk with severe COVID-19 and pneumonia.
