Please help Father Nenad fulfill his life dream

Hello,

My name is Jovana. I am Father Nenad’s daughter. Sadly my dad was diagnosed with stage 3 lung cancer earlier this year. It rocked our family to the core. After the initial shock of it all, we had no choice but to fight this awful disease.

With such a long and unknown journey ahead, our family is taking it a day at a time.

My dad is being positive and through everything does not wish to worry anyone.

If any of you know my dad, you know he has such an incredible voice, the current treatments have made singing and breathing so difficult for him however my dad still attends liturgy on Sundays and continues to support his Serbian community, which he has now for over 40 years.

As some of you know his service to the community has no limits and his love and faith is strong as ever. He is loved and respected by so many of you and has helped so many families overcome difficult times.

Whilst my dad focuses on his treatment and beating this cruel disease I want to help however I can, I know my dad would never ask for

this, however I know he deserves this.

We are not a family to ever ask for

anything, particularly money. However the unknown future has caused us to rethink and appreciate the time we have with our dad.

My dad has always had a dream, a dream he never was able to fulfil due to financial circumstances. That dream was for one day to own his own caravan/motor home. He has always wanted to travel across Australia and enjoy nature and time with his loved ones. With his current treatment he is unable to travel abroad so being in the country would ensure he is available for all his ongoing treatments and had access to care.

In order to make this possible we are asking for your help, anything you can spare. And if you can’t that’s okay too! A simple message of

well wishes for our dad is enough.

Please help us bring our fathers dream

to reality and take some stress away and give him a much needed R&R. We are wanting to raise enough money to buy our dad a caravan or motor home.
