Please help Ellie, my love bug

Ellie my English Bulldog my love bug, had to go to the vet yesterday because her stomach became bloated, had to have xrays, blood work ext.  Well the radiologist read her xrays because the Vet was not sure if it was her uterus or her spleen and it is her spleen, she needs surgery to remove it or she her stomach will fill will blood and kill her and it has to come out because it could be cancerous and if that's the case if they don't get it out it will spread and kill her. I am lost because I don't have the money for the surgery and am turning to go fund me to see if we can get help. Ellie is my very first bulldog and if anything happens to her I don't know what I would do she is my heart my love bug my funny girl. She is the sweetness bully dog you would ever meet. I am not one to ask for help but my baby's life is on the line and I don't have the money to do this because we just moved. PLEASE PLEASE IF YOU CAN HELP ANYTHING WOULD HELP NO AMOUNT IS TO SMALL.
